    We will provide all of the cleaning products necessary. If clients require specific ingredients or products to be used due to allergies or personal preferences, they will need to provide those items. This ensures the highest level of safety and adherence to their unique needs.
  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning?
    We understand that unforeseen events occur. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule without additional charges. Same-day cancellations must include a valid reason to avoid incurring a fee. If no reason is provided, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied.
  • How often should I schedule my home cleaning?
    The ideal cleaning frequency depends on your personal habits and needs. We offer weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly services to best suit your preferences.
  • What happens if something gets damaged during cleaning?
    While our team is trained to be careful, should any damage occur, we are fully insured and will promptly address the situation.

  • Do I need to be present during the organization process?
    Your participation is valuable, especially at the beginning, to understand your preferences. However, we can continue the work in your absence, according to your convenience.
  • What happens to items I no longer want to keep?
    Clients are responsible for the disposal, donation, or recycling of items separated during the organizing process. However, I am happy to assist by providing recommendations for local disposal, donation, or recycling locations to make the process easier.
